I found an 87 HST B7100-E with 60" belly mower, 1500 hrs, all new turf tires. It looks used but not abused, starts and runs well with very little smoke. Price is $3000. I am new to compacts and need something to help maintain 7 acres, 3 acres is mowed. Does this sound like a fair price? Thank you.

That sounds real good to me. I assume the tractor does not have a loader. ....
